Day or night, we need strong management support to keep all these activities successful. Our first task is taking care of our people. We have day care centers, snack bars, and gyms. We manage insurance programs to keep us healthy when we are sick and pension programs to keep us financially secure when we reach retirement.

We constantly train so we can be more efficient, current with the latest technology, comfortable with security procedures, and more attuned to customer service.

We coordinate team building events to promote cooperation and inspire success.

Beyond our human resources, we manage much, much more.
We maintain hundreds of vehicles for official use, ranging from motorcycles for delivery to large container trucks for warehouse shipments.

Our seven warehouses are like giant home improvement stores, holding parts and supplies, furniture, spare equipment and large machinery until we need to use it.

We manage office buildings, communications towers, apartment buildings, computer systems, and a mountain of financial paperwork.

We have security teams who respond to emergencies, alert us to protest marches, and check thousands of people who visit our offices and buildings every day.

We have medical teams who keep our communities healthy, take care of our visitors when they fall ill, and train us in first aid so we too can help others in an emergency.

We are building three new consulates as our services expand. At any given time, we have at least one construction project underway at EVERY facility we manage in Mexico.
